Is there one? I have 3 items sold and only 1 has paid. How can i tell if invoice has been sent? Maybe payment reminder? I see nothing. Am i missing it?

Hi there,
When a buyer checks out from your store, he will be presented with a "Pay Now" button if he elects to pay via PayPal. The buyer must click the Pay Now button or the payment will not be made. Some buyers assume that by completing checkout they've made the payment. In this case I would recommend contacting the buyer via email to remind them that they must pay for the item. As they will not be able to go through checkout again, in this case they would need to go directly to PayPal to make the payment.
