Good Morning -
First I'd like to thank you guys for all of the improvements you've been making. I do have an issue that I hope you can help me with. I've updated my tax info in the Global Preferences section but it does not carry over to my existing store items. Unless I'm mistaken, I now have to go into each item and add the tax info (if I'm wrong please let me know). Fortunately, I only have slightly over 100 items but I will be adding many more over time. It would really be appreciated if an upgrade could be made so that changes made in one place (like the Global Preferences Section)will carry over to existing items. Sometimes updates are needed for information such as taxes, shipping, etc. I'm sure you'll agree that it is very inconvenient and time-consuming for someone to make the same update to 2,000 items on an individual basis. Thanks again for your great support and I look forward to your reply.

Is your tax going to be the same for all store items? We have a tool that will allow us to apply your new tax info in Global Preferences to all of your inventory (or some items -- just let us know what items you want the tax changed for) and then subsequently apply tax to your store items.

Thanks so much for your response. Yes, the tax will be the same for all of my items. Please apply the tax that appears in my Global Preferences. Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this helps me!

I have applied your global preferences for tax to all inventory items and then to all of your Vendio store items. If in a couple of hours the tax hasn't changed, please let us know.
