Hi,
I have recently opened up a store and Sonia has helped me twice.
I recently put several things in my store;
On the Inventory Page, it showed there was 2 items of the same thing in the store.
I went to the store and there was only one pictured so I disregarded this.
I have sold some pieces and now, it shows the same piece still in the store.
I went to Inventory and deleted the sold pieces and that took care of that.
How do I delete one of the rest of my store items?
What did I do wrong in the listing to get two in the first place?
At the bottom of the Seller Preference page,
there is something about Archiving Options, I have this set for 12 weeks.
But I don't understand what it is.
Thanks,
Donna

Hello Donna,
When you are creating your listings, are you selecting the option toward the bottom of the create listing page to list this item in your store as well? If you are -- this is essentially creating two copies of the item -- one that is going to auction, and one to be placed in your Vendio Store as a fixed price item. If you also check off the option to save a copy to your inventory, this is why you are seeing two when you check your inventory.
To remove the duplicates from your store, you can either delete the duplicates from inventory, or edit them one by one and decrease the Quantity in Store to zero.

Hi, I think I have similar problems with doubled item in my store inventory.
When I open my Vendio Store DVD section (I'm selling DVD's and VHS's) it shows two listings for the same title...with different prices.When I open my Vendio Store Inventory Edition panel - I see only one - it seems that I'm unable to delete the one with wrong price - it does'nt show.
