Are you planning to implement this method of payment in Vendio Store?
Will you offer alternative solution to ridicoulosly expensive Verisign payments?
We are currently evaluating support of this at this time. We are also looking at potentially adding other gateways -- do you have any in mind that you would prefer to use?

Well,
Your service itself is very convenient and inexpensive. It offers variety of listing and inventory managing option.
It needs couple of more to be a perfect "budget" online store. My list are:
1.Inexpensive Merchant account to accept credit card payments (such as Pay Pal Wepayments pro -20$/month)
2.Ability to edit content on your store main webpage (including selection of listings).
3.Promotion codes.
that would be a good reason to stay with you guys...

PayPal Web Payments Pro is the one 99.9% of Vendio Store members will want to use. Verisign (which probably locked you into some "exclusive use" agreement) is way overpriced and very "pushy" when you call them for information. AS I STATED TWO MONTHS AGO "GET PAYPAL WEB PAYMENTS PRO"! It's the single most important improvement you can make to Vendio Stores.

Absolutely- We needed that when it was released- I lose so many sales on the vendio store because they get to the check out point and lose interest when they can't simply put in their card- The sooner you can integrate this the happier you will make us

I highly recomend authorize.net
They are low cost and very very helpfull.
online chat and phone support.
virtual terminal via web
I have used them for years via another store system.
I signed up via e-onlinedata.com which was only $80 setup and $15/month (.05/transaction).
Very resonable.
Also if setting up a new merchant account you can not go wrong with merchantanywhere.com
They have no term requirements (yes quit anytime without fee).
They also have a computer based credit card processing software that is very easy to use. (I have used this as well for the past 3 years)
I have my authorize.net point to my merchantanywhere acount so I have retail and web transactions and only pay for one merchant account.
Many merchant services companies told me this was impossible and said I needed to setup a second merchant account. Merchantanywhere had it setup in a mater of days...
Anyway you can't go wrong with the above companies.
