When I try to preview my store with my uploaded logo, the logo name field is cleared and the logo is not uploaded. The same thing happens when I try save the store information. I've tried different sizes of logos and both the IE and Firefox browsers.

Hi there,
I've tested this from here and it seems to work. Please let us know what steps you're taking when you try to upload your logo or make changes to your Store. Also, please let us know what version of IE and Firefox you're using (you might want to try restarting your computer as well).
