Why can't you assist us in obtaining the 75% discount on FVF of our ebay store items which are sold through our Vendio stores?
As you know, a referral code has to be attached to the end of each store item's URL. Why can't this be done?
Is it because Vendio is already mining those item links as a CJ Affiliate? If you are gaining income from item sales through CJ, I guess it would stand to reason that you would not want to share the extra profit with us.
I sure could use the discount on ebay FVFs to offset the increase of ebay store fees.
Please don't give me the "we'll pass your request on to ..." I would really appreciate a forthright answer to my question. I'll be glad to wait until Monday.

Hello William,
I take issue with the assumption that Vendio does not wish to forward on any discount provided by ebay to Vendio sellers for extra profit. If you are not receiving the discount that ebay offers, then that is completely different then say, an enhancement request-so you shouldn't expect a response to forward on a suggestion for a new feature or product. I will have to research this issue for you, and keep you posted on what I find out tomorrow.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Sir, I also take issue with you. You did not answer my question. Of course it is quite possible that you just don't know the answer.
There are two issues here: (1) Why are the ebay store items mixed with the ebay auction items in the Vendio Auction Gallery? This issue is over two years old.
Originally, the "Auction Gallery" link was for those store items which were at auction on "both" ebay and Yahoo.
Well, when ebay stores were created, Vendio just could not bring itself around to correct the problem of ebay stores and ebay auctions being combined and linked together. Last message on this was about two years ago - our requests to correct the problem were passed to the black hole called product development.
(2) the ebay FVF discount program did not just appear yesterday. It has been around for awhile. The 75% savings is important to me, especially at this time. However, I believe that those ebay store links are also important to Vendio.
Vendio holds itself out to the public as an ebay authorized third party. To me, that would indicate that Vendio is abreast of all ebay programs and is at the ready to provide the latest information to Vendio store owners.
Ed, now, I'm curious - just why is this program not available to me or other store owners? I believe that I may know.
Just please don't give me the product development line. You can email your answer to me.
One last thought, I do like doing business with Vendio. I dislike the store, but can live with it. I see the Vendio store as my internet gateway to my ebay store items. That gateway could pay me a 75% discount on my ebay FVFs.
Knowing what I now know, I want my ebay store items to appear on my Vendio store site. I want that 75% discount.
Further, the Dealio link was whipped up in no time and placed on the Vendio store pages. Why couldn't additional space on/for store pages have been provided two years ago when store owners asked for it?
Moreover, don't you think I wouldn't like a link or banner to the ebay site, which could provide me with ebay affiliate payments? Look, many of my specific store items appear #1 on google and dominate multiple pages on Froogle. Don't you guys at Vendio think I might like a bit of that search pie which appears from ebay affiliation?

What is a Store Referral Credit?
"Store Referral Credit is a credit that Store sellers are eligible to receive when they successfully drive buyers to their eBay Store directly from a location outside of eBay. With Store Referral Credit, eBay will give you a 75% credit on your Final Value Fees when your marketing efforts generate sales of your Store Inventory format listings." (ebay).

As an aside, I have a link on my Vendio store Home page to Ebay and have received credits that way.
I understand what you are saying and went to store traffic, site statistics to see if anyone found my eBay items via Vendio and then moved to the eBay site to buy them.
And the answer is yes. I get more hits from my vendio web site then yahoo.
It never crossed my mind that I should get referral credit for individual items. You bring up a good point.

I know that I have in the past gotten referral credits from Vendio and this was before I put "refid" in my sig line. Are you sure you aren't getting them? I tried looking at my ebay invoice but the dang thing is so big that I can't even LOOK at it - the connection times out.

I have eliminated all Vendio store links to my ebay store items, which are displayed in the "Auction Gallery," for reason which we can discuss later.
I am changing all my Vendio store items to direct customers to my ebay store and ebay store items. Using the "?refid=store" I am directing Vendio shoppers to my ebay store from links "About Me," "Category Links" and ebay store "Home Page."
The ebay links are in the following paragraph: "Buy with confidence that the item you purchase will be as described. About Us. This item and additional topical stamps can also be purchased from the topical stamps category in our ebay Store."
Contrary to comments by others, the "?refid=" referral code does not preclude froogle, and google from indexing the Vendio store description pages. The items I've changed are still ranking in searches.
What would be ideal is the "?refid=store" code being affixed to the ebay store item URL by Vendio. Remember, the code alerts ebay that we should receive a referral credit to our FVFs, when an item is sold with the code attached.
You all will have to ask Vendio why they will not do so for us.
