Hello,
PLEASE help me with this. I would email customer service, but I have yet to get a reply from costumer service to several emails aready sent over the pass couple of days.
When I list an item in my Ebay store as well as in my Vendio Store, you guys add another field to my eBay listing called "Additional Information" where you have placed a Vendio symbol, with a link to my Vendio store!!! Is this not in violation of Ebay policy!! They only allow links to another site in the "About Me" section, and even there only if you are selling at the same price as on Ebay.
I don't want it there. Sooner or later they will want it removed. I don't want to list a 1000 plus items only to have that happen.
I love my Vendio store and have BIG plans for it. But I don't see how I can go forward with my plans with this feature included automatically in my Ebay listings. Someone from Vendio, PLEASE respond to this concern.

Robert - The link that you are discussing has been approved by ebay. Vendio knows what the rules are and would not put anything in our item descriptions unless it was ebay approved. I have been a Vendio member for many years. The link has always been in our descriptions.

Hello Robert,
kozersky is correct - the link we insert into the listing is formatted to comply with eBay's rules and regulations. There should not be a problem with the link we automatically insert (just be sure not to insert any additional link or text referring to your Store).
I have checked our email system and the last email we have received from your email address on file was on 8/2/06. Can you tell us what form you are using to send the emails and if you're sending directly, what email address you're using?
