I may be missing something, but I can find no way to send an Invoice to customers who have checked out but not paid yet( i.e, credit card sale). Do I need a special Decoder Ring?

Hello Mike,
You can send a payment reminder for Vendio Store items by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> "Awaiting Payment" --> then select the order and click the "Remind" button at the top of the screen.
Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
What is really needed is a way to send the INVOICE and include a checkout link. My solution now is to print the invoice to a pdf and send it to the customer with a link to my shopping cart. This works, but customers don't like it because they are all paranoid about clicking on unknown links!

Hello Mike,
This is something that we are planning on adding to Vendio Stores in the future. I don't have an eta at this time, but we hope to give you this ability soon. I can certainly see how it would make the process easier!
