is there a way to add items from vendio store to customer's cart ?

Sometimes I upsell through the phone or email and I would like to make it convenenient for customers.

I know that the customer can add items themselves, but is there a way I can add the items for them ?

Hello,

While you could run through the storefront itself and make the purchase for the buyer, you wouldn't be able to add items from your store to an existing order unfortunately.

This is however high on our list of priorities and we'll be happy to add your name to the list of others requesting this ability with the stores currently.
