Hi, I have been having a lot of sales from my store but people are not paying. Do my customers not see the shipping charge until after they make the purchase? I have so many sales that I need to request a credit for the fees. Can I do this all at once in an email or do I have to do it one at a time with the form? Thanks!

Hello Cathy,
Your buyers would not see your shipping fees if they are not in the store item until they checkout. You may want to drop a line in the listings for clarification.
To start a UPI dispute, go to Sales Manager -> Post Sale -> Awaiting Payment. Select your items, then click the "Start UPI" button. On the next page, select the reason for your dispute (NOTE: you must wait 7 days after an item closes before starting a UPI dispute or you will receive an error.)
Once the dispute has started, you will see the status of the dispute in the Unpaid Item Dispute column. When the buyer responds, you will see whether any action is needed under the UPI Action column. If an action is required, you may use the "Update UPI" button. Once the dispute is settled, eBay will issue FVF credits accordingly.
To request Final Value Fee credits for items which have been settled from Vendio, you must use our refund request form, available at this URL:
Open your statement to the page showing the line item that you need refunded, then open a separate window and paste the above URL in it. This way you can easily locate and paste the Ref ID for the line item into the refund request form. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a copy/paste of the line item from your eBay statement showing the FVF fee credit in order to process a refund from our system.
