I get a message saying maximum length of a store policy (e.g. shipping) is 255 characters and I cannot seem to find away to get around that. Does anyone know how to specify polices that are greater than 255 in length and how to format them.

Chris - A couple of suggestions from someone who has tried to work around the limits of the Vendio store.
If you have a store at ebay, you can link to your store policy there. Or, you can include the store policy within the item description.
Is the custom listing text also limited to 255 characters? That text box is located in the "My Account" area. I haven't used that text box, but I would hope it's larger than 255 characxters.
