what is up every time i get a sale it never goes through. i have a sale now but no payment. i have all customer info but no payment.

Hello,

This means that the buyer neglected to submit payment for this item when they went through the checkout process.

I only saw one closed store transaction in your account since you signed up for it, and this particular buyer selected Paypal as their payment method.

Try using the payment reminder in your post sale tools to collect the amount due.
