Although I do not offer international shipping, note that two sales were made under Order 933716390 to a gentleman in Spain. Since I trade with this guy often I don't mind, but I am curious how it happened.

There is no option for international shipping so I am not sure how he was able to chose USPS Airmail @ $6.95.

Edited to add: Also, the old shipping charge of $3.00 is showing up in checkout instead of the new charge of $3.50. Here is an example:933906516

Thank you for any help.
Beth

Hello Beth,

Sorry for the delayed reply! For the first order (933716390) is it possible that you still had an international shipping option for one of the inventory items at the time, and that this had been overlooked? I have been unable to duplicate this problem in your Store. Have you run into this problem since then?

For the second order (933906516) I was also unable to duplicate the problem. About when did you change your shipping charges? Is this still happening for more recent orders?

Regards,
Nathan
