I have someone I would like to refer to Vendio for the Vendio store. They don't want anything but the store because they use ebay for post sale management and GoDaddy for image hosting.
They have these questions:
What do you get with the stores as far as:
1. bulk listing
2. integrate with ebay checkout--can you redirect?
3. post sale management

Hello Beth,
1. There really isn't any listing with the Vendio Store. With Vendio Stores you create inventory items and then place them in your Vendio Store. You can place inventory items into your Vendio Store in bulk.
2. The only way to use Vendio checkout for eBay listings is if the listings are listed through Vendio Sales Manager. If there is only a Vendio Store subscription then the eBay listings are not being listed through Vendio. With only a Vendio Stores subscription the Vendio checkout will only work for the Vendio Store items (not eBay items).
3. The post sale management for Vendio Stores is very similar to the post sale management for eBay. (Features that are not relevant to Vendio Stores, but are relevant to eBay are obviously not available -- such as starting a UPI dispute.)

Thank you, I will pass that along. I'm trying to talk them into ditching the SmPro that ebay has for yours but they are pretty attached to the GoDaddy for images and as I understand it you can not use Sale Manager with your own images, right?

Hello Beth,
They can use Sales Manager Pro with a non-Vendio image hosting service, but there are limitations. They would need to reference the image location within their listing description (using HTML). Also, if they are using eBay gallery images it is not possible to include them when launching listings through Vendio and using a non-Vendio image hosting service.
