Hello Leslie,
What exactly happens when you try to pull up the website? For example, do you get a "page cannot be displayed" error?
If you haven't already, please try emptying your browser cache.
If that does not help, please try using a different browser and let us know if you have the same problem. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Mozilla Firefox, try using Internet Explorer. Please let us know the results.

It is exactly what happened in July. Server not found, cannot display page, both in IE and Mozilla.
Browser cache cleared, no difference, did the tracer route, here are the results. It didn't fix the problem this time.

Hello Leslie,
Please confirm that you are able to get to other websites at this time. Also, please perform a Windows update, and make sure that all Windows updates are current. Then let us know if that helps.

I performed Windows Update, still can't access my store site. I can go to any other web site, just not my store. I can go to any other part of vendio. Just not my store URL.
Try restarting your machine. While the computer is turned off, restart your modem/router as well, then boot back up and see if you can again access the pages without error.
