I was doing a Google search to see how my products were doing and discovered another Vendio Store that has stolen a lot of my design. Folder titles, product listing titles and a few graphics. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Which email address did you submit this from?
I searched out records but didn't find any email from your address on this issue. (only a recent request for refund report.)

Doesn't anyone use real mail anymore? I would think that in legal matters such as this, written rather than the electronic transmission, of information and the Copyright Infringement Claim would be more valid.

I have watched my email like a hawk and have never received an email. I just looked at it again, plus the spam filters and nothing. If the email you used to communicate with me is different than the one above, please send it to me at the one above or let me know which one to check.

I still have not received an email or information on what or if anything will be done. If nothing is going to be done, then just tell me. I'll take care of it myself with my attorney. I'd really appreciate an email.

Hi Leslie,
We have not been able to get email from Vendio for over a month. We have asked several questions via Help with no answer. Vendio says they are replying but we never receive. We also never got our last billing email or any emails regarding sales or checkouts any more. We can now only communicate with them via Customer Manager.
Do you get any email from them? Ed thought it was there Customer Manager, but I have not heard a final answer on that.

Hi Karen,
I got their invoice for this month. I also get notices of sales. They are telling me in posts here that they have emailed me and asked for more information. But I never got the email. I've sent the information 3 times now. I was told also in one of the posts that they emailed me on 11/27. Well on 11/27 I got an email about that new promotional program they have but nothing else regarding my problem. So I know I'm getting whatever emails have been sent.
Meanwhile this idiot is getting sales off of my labor and it is pissing me off. I expect competition. That's not the problem. He's taken many of my ideas, designs and some graphics.
I desperately need to do updating on my site for the holidays and I can't do it because I will destroy the evidence. This is beyond infuriating.
More information than you needed huh? Sorry. I'm frustrated beyond normal.

The best way to get ahold of them is by using the Customer Manager which you can access on the left hand screen on the Control Panel.
Your emails and their responses will stay there for a year at least.

Hi there,
It is concerning to me that you are not receiving our emails. I'm not sure why you would receive our statement emails but not our replies from our email management tool - we do get responses to the emails we've sent from other customers so we know it's not a global problem. Can you tell us which ISP you're using, and also, where your email is hosted?

My ISP is Mediacom. My email is IPOWER but I have IPOWER email forwarded to my Mediacom account. I know the forwarding is working because I am receiving notices of sales and billings from Vendio.
However, the emails I have sent you have come directly from my Mediacom email address.
