I am back after about 10 months and I see that no progress has been made with respect to accepting these payment methods as credit Card processors. COME ON GUYS!! Vendio Checkout is LAME when a customer can't pay directly with his Credit Card. Is this ever going to happen? - Mike

Hi Mike,
You can do PayPal PayFlowPro now. It's the same $20 or so per month plan/service as their WebSite Payments Pro service. Essentially your getting a PayFlowPro account but using PayPal as the processor instead of getting your own merchant account.
The only catch is that you have to call to get it setup, as it isn't yet offered on their website as part of the setup process is manual depending on the type account you already have with them.

I should add that you can still do the full featured PayFlowPro system that Verisign offers (which is run by PayPal as well) where you can use your own merchant account. It's a little pricier, but depending on ones volume sometimes its worth the extra money.

Christopher- The catch is you have to open a NEW PAYPAL ACCOUNT!! I would lose 9 years of history with them and begin again as a Newbie. And let's not forget the NONSENSE a merchant has to put up with using Paypal like SNAD and INR complaints at the click of a Buyers mouse.
Andale was integrated with Authorize.net, why isn't Vendio? Can I sign up with an Andale account and get Authorize.net? Help Please

Hello,
Once the combined listing tool is available, both platforms will be able to use Authorize.net, however at this time only the Andale format would be able to support it.
We will eventually have a tool available to migrate users from one system to the other, but to use the other style account at this time means you would be starting over from scratch with a brand new account and username. If you sign up for the Sales Manager anew, it will default you over to the Andale style tools and services.
