I noticed there is a small counter at the bottom of the vendio store home page. It was reset yesterday and i'm not sure how that happened but for the future I would like to keep track of this to see how many visits my store has. Can you please tell me how to reset this counter?
harder - your storefront counter is also on this hidden/old page where the counter data is available. The storefront counter would show up on the page with the date range you first started your storefront on. Unfortunately I was unable to locate it, but this is the area where it would appear:
If you happen to know the timeframe when you first started your storefront, it shouldn't be too hard to track down in the pages of data. It's simply labeled 'storefront counter' and would be mixed in with the rest of your auction titles from counters page.
Yes the page is a little 'messy' which is why it hasn't been accessible from the site for years now, but it's the only place where you would be able to reset your counter for the store at this time. (until the new stores are eventually released, and when we have an ETA for those we will post it to these forums.)
