When a customer is buying from my vendio store and is ready to check out he or she inputs their shipping info and selects paypal to checkout . My question is if for some reason the customers computer shuts down or they log off their computer before they can log on to paypal to pay, how do they get back to their vendio cart or payment page to pay for their item? I have had this happen numerous times and there is no link in the confirmation email I send the customer to get back to the page to pay.
If the customer has aborted the payment after they have finished the checkout process, but before making the payment through PayPal, they will need to manually send you the payment from their PayPal account.
