I have been experiencing a TON of customers who buy two or three of the same thing from my vendio store, but they only pay for one of them, or none at all. When I ask them why they did that, they tell me that the first few times, it didn't "work" But it DID work. The item apperred in my post sale. They just did not pay for that item, then they bought another, and another, and finally paid for the third item. I really wish vendio would make it so that an item is not "sold" until the payment is recieved, if they choose paypal as the payment method. I think this might be an issue with the fact that the final button in the vendio store checkout is a "proceed to Paypal" button, and that button cues a pop-up that goes to paypal. If that pop-up does not work, then the buyer has no way to re-access that pop-up, so they just buy another item, or shop from somewhere else. I want all of my vendio store items to be set up as "immediate payment required" This sounds like a simple solution. Does anyone else have this problem with their vendio store??

We get that alot too. And people getting a few item from Ebay but them not being in the checkout right away so they get them again from our Vendio store as they go through the checkout.
So then we have to cancel the ebay of separate the order and cancel the Vendio items.
Online Credit Card service would help too with the one the select card by phone and never call to pay.
