Everytime I try to update my shipping information for my account from a flat rate to calculated UPS I get an error message telling me I have to register with UPS Online Tools. I click into that and I get an error message that tells me, "Internal error. Please try later." It won't let me register. Help please?

Hello Leslie,
At what point in the UPS registration process do you get this error message? Is it immediately after you click the "Register" link, or is it at a later part of the process? Also, what browser and version are you using?

Hi Nathan,
It happens as follows. I go into global preferences. Choose calculated UPS. When I click save I am prompted to register for UPS Online tools, I click that, then when I am in the online tools screen it tells me to click "next" which I do and then I get the error message.
Thank you for the information. I was able to duplicate the problem and I have escalated it to our engineering group. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
