Hello Beth,
We were able to run one more tool on our side to force your store items to pick up the new rates in inventory. Typically you would need to open and save the inventory item to get the store listing to recognize the change in inventory (since a save wasn't really done, the data was just changed on the back end.)
I double checked a few of your items and it looks like you will be able to start offering the new rates now, and without having to go in and save your inventory items.
