Please clarify this: New stores are free and the ability to list on ebay and Amazon costs $10.00 per month, correct? But what do we get for the $10?
Why I ask is because on the "Import items" page it says, "You currently don't have an Image Hosting subscription. Your images will be imported as Store images (free and only usable in the Vendio Store), within a maximum storage of 2GB. If the limit is reached, the import process will be stopped. If you want to use these images imported to Vendio in future eBay listings or if you need unlimited storage, learn more about our Image Hosting product."
So, does this mean that in addition to the $10 charge, we must also continue to pay the overprices image hosting fees if we want to list on ebay, etc.?
The Vendio Platform service (used to list items to eBay and Amazon) is $10.00 per month plus a final value fee for items that sell. The specific pricing for Vendio Platform may be located here:
If you do not have your own Image Hosting service, and you want to use Vendio Image Hosting when listing to eBay and/or Amazon, then you will also need to subscribe to Image Hosting. The Image Hosting pricing can be located here:

That's what I thought. Your new pricing page makes it sound like we get a free store and the Platform service for $10.00 + FVF. Kind of misleading, isn't it? There is no mention of having to pay extra for ebay/Amazon image hosting. I mean, what good is the Platform service without image hosting?
If you have your own Image Hosting service, then you are more than welcome to use it when you list your items to eBay and/or Amazon through Vendio, without subscribing to the Vendio Image Hosting service.

The free store is great (thank you Vendio!), but the $10 platform fee is very misleading and also very expensive for what it offers. For that price, it should include all the various Vendio applications, or at least include the minimum image hosting service AND success fees. Otherwise, $13/month + FVF is just way too much money for us smaller sellers to be spending in the current economy...cuts way too much into our profits, especially after ebay listing fees, FVF fees and PayPal fees. I think for now, I will use Vendio for my free store, but for auction listings, I will use the free ebay turbo lister or Auctiva (free through July). Yes it may be a lot of copy/paste, but at least it's affordable until the economy changes.
$10 multi-channel fee + $3 image fee (minimum)+ 1.92% Success fee = too much money!
