Hi! Is there a problem with checkout? We sold an item from our Vendio store today, but from the email we received from the buyer(copied below), it appears they had problems connecting at checkout and unfortunately went to our ebay store and purchased the same item.

Dear simpleeirresistable,
We're happy to notify you that a purchase has been completed at your Vendio Store, 'Discount Luxury Bedding'.

EMAIL FROM BUYER:
I am so sorry, but I was having difficulty with my connection with you while online. I tried and tried to complete my transaction and could not. Then the eurosham was no longer on your website, so I went to another vendor on eBay that was more money! ($29.95 + shipping). I wish I could have connected with you in time.
Do you by any chance have any additional information about in what way the buyer was having difficulty with the connection? For example, at what point in the checkout process did this happen? Was it after clicking the button to pay at PayPal? Was there an error message?
I know it is difficult to get this information from the buyer, but without that information it is difficult to tell exactly what happened.
