It isn't really a double entry though, as if you look closely the wording for the one at the very bottom is a little different than the wording at the top.
We'll have to take a look into your settings to see where you have this other blurb stored and get back to you on where to edit/remove it as needed.
Regards,
Chris
That was a little tricky because of where it was stored.
If you go to the Advanced menu, enable advanced mode, edit HTML, go to More, then go to More again, then click to edit the about.html field, you will see this script that is currently showing up at the very bottom of that page.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the information. I've edited the html and was able to successfully save the file. Thanks!
Earlier today I attempted to edit this particular html file, however, after selecting the SAVE option, the change didn't hold.
I noticed several times today, in order to successfully edit the various html or css files, I had to sign out of Vendio and sign back in before I could make an editing change.
Am really liking this software very much.
Quick question for you: How long will the Page title on the store continue to read "beta"? I saw somewhere where I could edit it out but decided to just leave it alone.
Thanks again for the fast response time and easy to follow directions. Regards, Jaye
I have tried to duplicate this problem, but I have been unable to do so. Could you please let us know in more detail exactly what changes you are trying to make when you run into this problem? For example, which exact page are you navigating to, and what exact options are you selecting to make the change? Then, where exactly are you going to see the change where you are unable to see it?

Hello Nathan,
Thanks for attempting to resolve.
One change I tried to make was to the logo .jpg on the main web page
I made the change, hit Save and then Published. It looked fine while I previewed it inside of Vendio, however, when I viewed the actual page on the internet, the change didn't take place. I of course reloaded the page and the new logo still wasn't there.
Once I signed out of Vendio, viewed the actual web page, the change was visible but this was only after saving the file, publishing it, signing out and signing in again several times. Finally, the new logo showed.
Also am having this same problem in an individual listing: when attempting to "uncheck" the box for "Add Google checkout Button", I save the listing and when opening it back up again, the box is once more checked off. Tried this several times to no avail.
Question re images: am hosting my own images on my own site. Didn't intend to but I find the Vendio Images Management section too frustrating to work with. So, I'll put my direct http address to the image in the description to solve that problem. However, how do I create and then show the thumbnail in Vendio?

Hello Jaye,
There can sometimes be a delay in the updates showing, especially when you are using your own domain for the Store. The next time that this happens, rather than logging off and on again, please simply wait a few minutes to see if the change is made.
Google Checkout is enabled site-wide, rather than on an item-by-item basis. Where exactly are you selecting to disable Google Checkout for a specific item, but it is not saving?
If the images are not stored in Vendio Image Hosting, then you will not be able to create and/or show a thumbnail of the image in Vendio (although you can reference the image URL in the listing description HTML, and if coded correctly it should appear correctly in the Vendio Store description page).
In order to export your information to Google, go to "Channels" (in the blue menu at the top of your Vendio account) --> "Comparison Shopping" --> then select "Set Up Google Product Search Account" and follow the steps.
It is not possible to delete the saved edits that are stored in your account.

RE: Deleting saved edits.
I too was being over run by 'saves' but I happen to be browsing the templates in the template selection section and notice there were tons of the templates I was already using with an added 'X' in the option icons. And lo' and behold when I chose to delete many of these the 'saves' disappeared from the 'Customize Store' Load list. Do be careful though not to delete the currant saved store.
