Hi me again,
I have an issue with nothing showing up when i go to "my items" - no inventory is showing up but all my inventory is visable in my store - i am frustrated and confused.
I am trying to launch some items to Ebay for a test run and this is getting so tedius... looks simple though.

I am seeing just the labels for attributes and for ebay ready, etc etc. No items at all...
posted on May 15, 2009 03:27:03 PM new edit OK --- this may sound silly and im just missing it -- but after i choose my ebay listing layout and designs there is no SAVE button and it auto goes back to jewelry design. How do you SAVE an Ebay Template???
If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. If it does not, try using a different browser and let us know whether or not it gives you the same results. For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox try using Internet Explorer.
But it will save the template as I prepare each ebay listing correct?
What i am saying is that when i send something to ebay, and go through the steps for each item, the template will not revert back to an unsusable template???

Hello Sandy,
Do you mean the eBay template (for the description section of your eBay listing) that you have saved within the item? As long as you don't open the item and manually change the template, then it will not change for an item where you have selected it.
