None of my items showing up in Google, can you please advise why.

Hello,

We have asked the engineers to check on why google would be failing your feed currently and will get back to you as soon as we hear back. Typically it is due to excessive capitalization or too much policy information in the item description fields, but those causes do not appear to be the case with your items at first glance.

Hello Simpleeirresistable,

I searched for a few of your items on Google Product Search and was able to locate them without any problem. Three of the items that I searched for are:

HOTEL SAGE GREEN 600 tc Cotton Sateen KING DUVET_600tc

CHARISMA Floral CHERRY BLOSSOM Butterfly 6p QUEEN DUVET SET

TOMMY HILFIGER Myrtle Bay dragonflys TWIN QUILT SET

Are you still having trouble with this? If so, please let us know the name of one of the items that you have been unable to locate, and the search terms that you are using.

Hello,

Regarding the "libertywatches" account - you re-activated the store subscription approx. 2 weeks ago (at the beginning of Oct) and apparently the store URL (http://shop.vendio.com/libertywatches) is already associated with another Google account.

For now, we've manually created a merchant sub-account and activated the upload process (Google should now be done processing this) -- in the meantime, please confirm that there are no other google base accounts used for the same store (and preferably to delete any vendio-store references from other accounts).

Hi, all my items are in Goggle now and I'm getting allot of sales, can we just keep it this way for now with the sub domain until after the holidays because I have no idea what Google account the libertywatches is asociated with.

How did you get your items up to google base?
I have been banging my head against the wall for two days. I also feel if I could get a few top items up to google base I could get the ball rolling here and free myself from ebay.
I am accustomed to downloading a file, then uploading it. I do have the ftp account, and followed the instructions -- they were not at all hard.
but i just got messages that my uploads failed.
I got messages like: your filename doesn't match the delimiter -- I mean, I would file a request for help from google and even when they did answer, they confused me more.
But my feeling is, the real problem is it is on this end. I have successfully put up items from two other sites.
Do you do the ftp way? How? I am so frustrated.

Hello Ginaphototwo,

Please follow the link in the email message that Google is sending you about the feed not going through, and then provide us with the exact text of the failure reason, so that we can take a look.

one again you are asking for what i provided you with last week. i sent you several emails from google, and got no help. why ask for the same thign? for the sake of thi post\?
i practically made my notebook freeze tryign to answer this so fast. this is just frustration that is all, no help, just frustration.
vendio is trying to use ftp which is quirky and difficult. nobody else really does that anymroe. i

Sorry if the above was causing any confusion. We will continue to work with you on the multiple incidents you have open for this issue via email rather than confuse it by starting over from scratch here in the forums. (which were happy to do if you wanted, but from the tone of your recent posts it sounds like you would prefer to continue working off of your existing reports.)
