Hi, since I get no response to my email "contact us" I will try here. I must be an idiot but I cannot figure out how to put my store items into categories. I have just spent days putting all my 450 pages of Vendio inventory into categories (as it seems this is what you are telling us to do) but it seems there should be a way to do this right from the listed items. Plus, nothing has gone into a category and though I have made a list of categories for my store, I do not see it when I click on my store. I have searched this whole help page but do not see explicit help on this. Any help on this please? TU
I apologize for the confusion. The way the Store works is that you manage the items from your inventory. I do see that you have selected categories for your items, but there are a couple other fields that will need to be filled out for the items in order for them to appear in your Store. Please go to "Sales Manager" --> "Inventory" --> then click on the title of the inventory item --> scroll down near the bottom of the page and locate the "Your Vendio Store Information" section --> then fill in the "Qty in Store" and "Store Price" fields and save your changes. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble getting your items to appear in your Store after taking those steps.
