I have a category of Badges, then a sub-category of APS Badges in that category. Every time I create a new item in the APS sub-category, it creates 2 identical items in the badges category, then 1 for the APS sub-category. I want the item to be visible both in the badges and APS sub-catagory, but only once. I tried going back and deleting the badges catagory in the item and leaving the APS sub-category but there are still 2 of the same item under badges. How do I get this to work the way I want and create only 1 item at a time but visible in both categories?
Do you have an example of this we can use to test with?
Anything in the badges category or in a subcategory of badges will appear when you click to view the badges category. If you only have one of a particular badge though it should only show up once when viewing just the badges or the specific subcategory that you have it listed to.

Sure,this is an item that is double posted in the Badges category: NEW - AUTHORIZED PROCESS SERVER BADGE-Committed To Excellence Black/Gold Seal-2-Tone Gold/Silver-3" x 2-1/16".
There is unfortunately an error that can happen if you disable and reactivate your Vendio platform services and I noticed that this item does have a duplicate 'ad' connected to it - which places a duplicate into the storefront.
If you click the little plus sign to the left of that item you will see the duplicate's that were picked up when you reactivated the services on 10/19.
We have asked the engineers to detect these duplicate items and remove them if possible and will report back to you when this is completed.
