I tried to complete a test order, but when I go to the payment options page in the checkout, it gives me an error message that says Internal server error. Please try again in a moment, or contact Customer Service. I can't even figure out if this was a vendio store item, or if it was an item from the ebay store. I have it in my shopping cart right now, but vendio won't let me delete it out of my cart. When I click on the item, it takes me to a ebay looking item page, not vendio store page. I could have edited this item or deleted it since last week when it was purchased. How do I tell where these items were bought? What's going on?

It is an eBay storefront transaction that sold on Oct the 23rd.
