How do you add attributes to the store items for example if i sell t-shirt and one product is available in small large medium is there a way for the customer to select a size within the item description.

Hello,
Variations is something that we do plan to support in the future, however this isn't available at this time. The customer would need to relay to you what size/color/size they want in their notes field during the checkout process, or email afterward until the variation system is available.
