I followed the directions in the knowledge base article to get my items distributed to google product search. The directions said that I would have to enter the ftp info into vendio, but I didn't find a place to do that. When I went to the Channels->Comparison Shopping area, there was already a google product search active in there. I distributed items a few days ago, but I cannot find any of them on google product search.
Due to recent Google policy changes, it is no longer possible for you to distribute the items through your own Google account. The items must now be sent through Vendio's merchant account. I checked your Vendio account in Vendio's Google account, and it appears that your account is affected by a problem that our engineers are working on correcting. I do not have an eta available at this time, but this is a high priority issue, and your items should appear on Google once it is corrected. We will let you know as soon as more information is available on this.
