I signed up for the auctiva special and closed the account to reset the site as the support I called mentioned that I could possibly reset it and start over. So I did that through the auctiva special but called billing as why I was charged $10.0 when it was free till 2010 and no seller fees till 2011 on ebay! I contacted support about this through email and they said too bad! You cancelled and only had 1 shot but I explained what happend and no luck. Now I want to ask the forum People WHY? As I am interested still interested in being a customer but if I got a deal earlier I should still get it as I did sign up within the time frame and would still be able to avail of if I didnt cancel to try to reset the account because I wanted to start over fresh as I was learning then and wanted to set everything up perfectly. Please contact me as I am a silver powerseller. Thanks

Unfortunately, we do not discuss billing issues in this forum (it is for technical problems or questions that you might have about how to use our services). Please contact our billing department for assistance with this using the help link at the top right of the page.

Is it too much to ask for assistance as you guys pay big bucks advertising on google adwords as I know I buy ads too but not you guys do.

If needed I embrace my customers and hold their hand and tell them everything is ok and we will take care of it.

Its called customer service and doing whatever it takes to make and keep the customer happy especially one that already is alittle disgruntled.

As wouldn't this been a great time to polish such skills and show you care instead of telling me to beat it!

Is this what vendio is about and how it treats there customers as I did pay for service I never used.

Do I need to contact my friends over at PESA and tell them how I was treated?

Thank you for your reply, and I apologize for the frustration. If you would rather discuss this in this public forum, that is fine as well. Please see the below copy of the email that you sent us on 8/19/09:

"Please cancel account and remoeve credit card information as I find this way too difficult and time consuming to use at this time. Thank you"

Unfortunately, the special pricing for Auctiva users has not been available for some time, and we are unable to reapply the special pricing to an account that had it previously but was canceled.

That is absolutely correct and when I attempted again through the auctiva link for sellers I was issued my account back active and gave credit card info but was charged for the service when it was free till 2010.

No where did I read that this was a one time offer so instead of correcting I was informed that even though I signed back up through the link offered to auctiva customers too bad.

SO I cancelled again!

But now I feel like that was not right and if this is how you treat your customers then and now via phone, customer service and now forum I don't think your the solution for me.

This is my third try to use your services and will be the last as I don't see what the big deal is honoring what you adverstised to bring me here for in the first place!

As if what you say is true and the account was cancelled then why couldn't I start a new account again when the promo was still running when I signed up and not been charged?

I paid $10.00 figuring It was complimentary since I signed up through the auctiva link for a new account using my past ebay user name which then you just reactivated the account the had the promo initally. I think you get my point!

And for the records you dig up knowing I am correct instead you want to somehow put it out in the open as I just cancelled and now 5 months later want that same deal back when in reality it is just showing the non-customer service attitude by somehow vindicating yourself and throwin me under the bus.
