In my store, I have category by state, and sub-category by school name. When I click just the category(state), it shows all the schools in that state. So if I have 10 items in each sub-category(school), and there are 4 schools, clicking the category will show 40 items. Is there anyway I can either show 1 item from each sub-category, or to customize the page so that I can list all the schools in that state?
I tried template editor but if I change the item page, it applies to all category page. Any idea what I can do?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make this change. When clicking on the main category it will display all of the items that are in the subcategories that are associated with the main category.
