I was doing testing and found that if I click the google checkout button and decide not to proceed, the number of items in the shopping cart still disappear and go into orders. Can this be fixed?
Canceling the order does add the quantity back to the items in the canceled order, but due to how Google checkout works it unfortunately cannot be avoided at this time.

I see in my sold item page a lot of people have either filled in all the info but failed to pay, or didn't fill out anything. They are taking off my inventory. Is there anyway to automatically cancel an order if not paid within a certain period eg. 4 hrs? I don't have time to keep going back every few hours to check.
Also, for those orders that I cancelled, can I have them removed from the sold item screen?
Finally, you mentioned that with google checkout that how this work. If I remove google checkout, will this problem go away?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the orders be automatically canceled. You would need to cancel them manually. The canceled orders will continue to show in the Orders section, but will be automatically removed after a period of time.
If you remove the Google Checkout option, then the quantity will automatically be corrected for your inventory items once you manually cancel an order. However, it will still be necessary to manually cancel the orders for this to happen.
