Help, I couldn't get the calculated shipping to work so I switched to fixed rate shipping. First item $4.95 and each additional $1.95. It's even clearly stated in the detail description that vendio has set up in templated. Today someone bought 2 items and only $4.95 is calculated as shipping. What's wrong??
Now that you have switched to fixed shipping, that setting in your Order preferences that you changed earlier just needed to be switched back.
In the Order preferences you just needed to switch from the one labeled "Apply shipping and discounts based on all items in a multiple-quantity listing being shipped as a whole" to the one labeled "Apply shipping and discounts based on each individual item in a multiple-quantity listing being shipped separately" instead.
We made this change for you, then did a test transaction from your store and it was showing the full amount of shipping without that discount applied ($4.25 for the first and $1.25 for each additional.)

That doesn't make any sense. Does that mean you cannot have some items as fixed and some as calculated and have the shipping calculated correctly on all the items? Why would that option on the order page affect an item with fixed shipping? The fixed shipping says right there it is $4.25 for the first and $1.25 for each additional. If you want it to be $4.25 + 0, you would just put that in the fields.
