I would like people to be able to access my facebook fan page from my website. Does anyone know how to add the widget to my store website?

Hello,

In order to do this you would need to enter the widget HTML code into your Store. To do this, go to "Stores" --> "Template Editor" --> go to "Advanced" and check the box for "Enable Advanced Mode" --> then click on the section of your Store where you want to add the widget and select "Edit file source" and enter in your HTML code for the widget. However, I took a look at your Store and it looks like you have already added the widget. If you are still having trouble with this, please let us know in more detail in exactly what way you are having trouble.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi, I can't figure out how to do add the badge on my website. I read the previous post and I'm at a loss here. If I go to the advanced mode html editor it won't paste the code. I would like to place it at the bottom of the featured items, before the footer. Can you help me. Thanks. Margaret

Hello,

What happens when you try to paste the code? Is there just nothing showing up after you paste the code, or are you not finding a way to paste?

If you cannot paste and your trying to use the edit+paste option in your browser, try using the CTRL+P keyboard shortcut when in this field to see if you can then paste.
Be sure also to uncheck the box in the upper right to turn off the HTML editor before pasting, so you can see the raw code, and so it doesn't then display your code itself on the store.

Regards,
Chris

Chris:

I could not get it to paste at all even using your suggestion Ctrl P. What worked was creating new content and editing the source and then manually entering the Html code for the badge and placing the content where I wanted it at the bottom of the featured items. A huge paragraph. But I made it, didn't miss anything. Thanks for all your help.
