If I use paypal to print shipping label or mark the item as shipped, this doesn't get reflected in the order page. So I just looked and I have like 50 orders that need to be shipped. How can I make paypal communicate with vendio store when an item has shipped? sometimes I print shipping label directly from paypal but mostly print from endicia and then just mark the item/transaction as shipped.
The only updates we can get from PayPal are regarding the payment received notifications. If you do your shipping from outside of Vendio then the items in your Vendio account will need to be marked as shipped manually.

Hello Oldschooldiploma,
You may export a file from Vendio to use with your shipping program by going to "Orders" --> "Sold Items" --> select the items --> click the "Export Shipping Info" button and then select which type of file you would like to export.
You may mark the items as shipped in bulk by going to "Orders" --> "Sold Items" --> select the items --> click the "Mark As" button and select "Shipped".
If you would like an email to be sent automatically to the buyer once an order has been marked as shipped, please go to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account). Then to the right of "Item Shipped Notice" in the "Order Management Emails" section select "Send automatically when shopping carts are marked shipped" and save your changes.
