I have used bulk upload in the past sucessfully but this time I need to my prices so I upload the same csv file with just the price change. It says the import was process but when I looked at the product detail, the default price was changed but scrolled down the icon for each item was unlinked so none of the item price in the store was updated. do I have to go back and manually link each 500 items? how can i use find and replace to do this?
Please send us a copy of the .csv file that you used to update the items, so that we can take a look. You may send us the file as an attachment by going to "Help" --> "Email" (below "Contact Us" ) --> click "Ask a Question" --> then fill out the short form and use the "Add Another Attachment" button to attach a copy of the .csv file.

I just sent the csv file in. I forgot to put my email address but if you see the file and find out the problem please post here. thanks.
