What is the difference between the vendio store I currently have with my sales manager and the new free one? Why am I being charged for my old store when you offer a new free one now? Do you still have to pay vendio a percentage of sales with the new store? Can your items from the old store be imported to the new?

Thanks,
Dave

Hello Dave,

Both the storefront engine/platform and the way the billing is done is completely different from one platform to another.
There is no FVF for sales on storefront transactions on the other storefront. Note however that not all of the tools and services are the same from one to the other.

The best way to learn more is to register for an account under the other platform (just registering anew would do that) under the free trial to check it out. There is no way to move your information over for you automatically, though you do have an export to CSV option in your existing account currently that would format the information to import into your new account if you wanted to migrate now. (we hope to provide an automatic way to do this in the future when the new system is up to speed.)

Regards,
Chris
