I have had complains about the page after my customers select CC as payment. They have been tricked into submitting their card info thinking it's the next step in their purchase and have even failed to follow through with payment thinking they have already done so! I want this off of my store now or I'll take my business elsewhere.
You may remove the Webloyalty program and find more information about it as well, by going to "My Account" --> "Partner Promotions" --> "Webloyalty". Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.
