Hello all,
I am setting up a new store and when my customer gets an email confirmation the "From" name comes up as "null null". This suggests that I have left something blank somewhere in the setup, but I cannot figure out where to find it to fill in my store name. Can anyone help with this little detail? Thanks in advance.

I previewed your Store Order Confirmation email, but was not able to see the "null null" field. Have you by chance already corrected the problem? If you are still having trouble with this, please forward us a copy of one of the emails so that we can take a closer look.

Hello Nathan,
Thank you for the very prompt response. I have continued to root around the system in the setup of my store and I did find a section for Vendio store sales email notification under Preferences. I made a few changes there to customize with our store name and perhaps that cured the problem. I will let you know if this recurs.
