How do I disable the purchase summary/order confirmation email from being sent to a customer when they are being trasferred from Vendio to paypal for checkout? This will confuse a buyer who has not yet paid or ordered anything. I am only using a website configuration(no ebay, amazon, or google sales) and currently have all order management WBN's set to manual under preferences. Very confused, please help.
I returned to the Items Preference page and confirmed that I have the proper bullet selected(No, do not send email) which it was. I then clicked the save and close tab at the bottom of the page. Once completed, I attempted a trial purchase again and the order confirmation email was still sent. Any further help on the situation would be greatly appreciated.
If you click to view the content of this message in the preview, does the title/subject and body of the message match the 'order confirmation email' for the storefront?
Just want to be sure this is the one that is really being sent out.
You will see a new order with my email address attached to it now, which you can cancel. We were able to confirm that yours is being sent regardless of your settings and have passed it along to our engineers to check into further and correct.
