Greetings,
I love the fact that I can now add variations (colors, sizes, ect.)to my products. However after much searching (and I have) I cannot fine any help on your site or the web to make them work.
I did find another user that has this problem and Nathan asked for the SKU so the engineers could take a look.(http://www.vendio.com/mesg/read.html?num=70&thread=816)
I was hoping the problem has been rectified or a help file was available.
The Problem:
I created a new item, then built a variation then 5 attributes for that variation.
Finished creating the item and saved like every other time I created an item for my store.
When I click on the product to add it to the cart in the live store it gives an error.
(Error: An internal error has occurred. Please try again after some time)
Obviously I have not done something correctly. Do you have a tutorial or any advice for this?
For your reference here are the SKU's:
Vendio - 1293607126964_1 to 5
Vendio - 1293607992539_1 to 5
Vendio - 1293608484619_1 to 5
Vendio - 1293608968417_1 to 5
And a couple others but all have the same issue.

Thank you Nathan very much.
You as well as ALL the support staff at Vendio have always gone to the nines to help me with my "many" issues.
I also appreciate the fact that you implement functions in the software / interface that we uses request, ie: drop down variations.
Now, is there a way to assign different price attributes to the different variations? ie: +$3 for size xx large?

Hello Donley,
Thank you for your kind words. Yes, there is a price column in the variations section, where you can enter in a different price per variation. Should you continue to have trouble, please let us know a specific SKU and the exact changes that you are trying to make, so that we can take a closer look.
