Hello,
I am trying to Add UPS as a shipping option. I have a Account Number and everytime I enter it in the account field and select that i agree to the terms it says :
Error null
I have selected all options to countuine and it will not register it as an account. Any clues as to why?

Hello,
This is happening because your UPS account data is checked against your Vendio account data, and currently you have not entered your contact information into Vendio. Please do so now by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> then fill in the "Contact Information" section. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble entering in your UPS account information after making this change.

Thank you i Finally Got it to work! Now that i do have the UPS account set up is there any way i can "Combine" Shipping options?
For my "fixed Costs" shipping options I am able to have a flat rae carrier and i was able to add on another option for Local Home delivery for a flat fee. With UPS since it is a "Caluclated cost" It will not let me have a flat rate of my local delivery.
Which leads to my local customers not having that option with the larger items that could not fit into the flat rate shipping options. So anyone who would be selecting a larger item would not have the option for local delivery since its shipping profile is under UPS. Any tips?

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to mix fixed and calculated shipping options together for one item. The item would need to have either all calculated shipping, or all fixed shipping. Note that you do have the option of entering fixed shipping with UPS.

Bummer !!!! Oh well I did go ahead with fixed shipping cost it does work within a ball park so thats better then nothing! Thanks alot!
