I've looked all over and I can't see where to check to see if somehow I might have unchecked something that is preventing notification when an item is sold,Google checkout tells me when an item is sold,Do I need to do something in Paypal so it tells me when an item is sold here? I assumed that Vendio would notify me when a say occurs.

Wow, Where is CS, Please no one can answer this question,Had another sale today,Paid via Paypal and no email from Vendio telling me of the sale, I know my email Addy is correct because I got the welcomes when I first set up, But no sale notifications?

I am receiving emails about forum topics, Just not sales notification's?

Hello,

I checked your preferences but you should be getting a carbon copy whenever there is a sale at your storefront. It would be the same email the buyer receives after they place the order (and if paying by paypal, before the payment is even made.)

Were you receiving them and then it stopped recently? Or did you just recently enable them to be sent to your address on file?

Chris, I don't think I have ever received the emails telling me an item was sold, Since I check my Paypal daily, That's how I saw the orders,I know my emails are working , they just are not alerting me when a sale come through.Not sure how to rectify this?

You know, I did update the place a few hours ago that said to send me a copy of all forum comments I commented on? But I don't think that's it?

Hello,

Changing your forum email preferences would not affect this. Do you mean that you recently checked to receive a copy of your Store email confirmation emails, or that this setting had already been set previously? If you changed it recently, have you received any copies of the Store email confirmation emails after making the change?

I did receive the email showing that I had posted above, I guess I'll have wait for the next sale to know if it was just a glitch or something ongoing, I have never received sale confirmations from here, I've always found them when checking paypal account.

I apologize for the confusion. Receiving or not receiving forum email notifications about your post here would not be related to any problems you are having receiving your Store order confirmation emails. Please answer the questions that I asked you above, so that we can move forward with this.

To the best of my recollection, I've never received any sales confirmations since starting here. I don't think I change anything in regards to that.

I see something called IPN Notification IN THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDIO CALL BACK, Does this have something to with the email confirmations?

Hello,

Thank you for the additional information. The IPN would not be related to the problem. However, I think that I have located the problem. Please go to "Stores" --> "Info & Policies" --> then edit the "Email" field. Currently after your email address there are some spaces and then the text "24/7". Please remove this text and the spaces (so that only your email address is in the box), and let us know should you continue to have trouble receiving your Store order confirmation emails.

Did that, Thanks, Will hopefully take care of that problem,I didn't see how that could effect to sales confirmation since it was only page info,I'll let you know as soon as another sale comes in, Larry
