I see how to add payment profiles, and create new payment accounts, but I cannot seem to find how I can delete or edit payment accounts?
I ask because I have to change my AuthNet API ID and transaction key, but can't do this unless I create an entirely new account. I just want to edit or delete the current AuthNet accnt.

Also... I'm not sure if I should post an entirely new topic for this, but I have set up Google Checkout exactly as directed, but all items on my store say Google Checkout isn't available.

I had the same trouble with Google checkout, It seems you can not offer Insurance, That will invalidate Google checkout from being offered, Have to do with the Ebay thing,But effects all venues here, I removed Insurance option, Just say "Not offered" and it will work.

Hello,
When you click to edit your existing payment profile, you will need to click to add a new payment account to setup a different transaction key and ID. You do not have to create a new payment profile, just setup the authorize account anew from within the profile itself.
What rsalesonline mentioned about Google checkout is correct, as Google checkout does not support shipping insurance so the option to use it will not appear on any items where shipping insurance is available.

I have already setup an additional AuthNet account (not a new profile, a new account as indicated) but my concern is someone may accidentally assign this Authnet account to a payment profile which would obviously cause problems, since it contains non-active payment gateway information.
I would like to know if there's a way to edit / delete payment accounts?
