My store has a Facebook and for other companines will give me scripts to put on my page..Where should these be entered at? When i put them in the HTML section they show up just like they are typed instead of the Link or "like" box for facebook
When you are in one of the HTML windows, you need to switch to source editing mode where you see the raw HTML code before you paste it. Otherwise you'll end up seeing the code instead of the page being able to interpret the code.
In the menu just above the text box are all of the icons to adjust font colors/size/etc, and the 'source edit' mode option is the one on the far right.

This was bugging me too but I figured out an easy way it can work ... if you're on a regular page and enter HTML, it will show up as text. BUT all you have to do is double click on that text and the window will open again and this time you'll see the right stuff in there! Just click Save again and then it should work.
The only way I've found to get source editing mode is on the item pages when you're inputting your inventory, but it's not on the regular store pages. Hope that helps.
