Thank you for the additional information. We have escalated this to our engineers so that they can correct the problem. However, should this happen again in the meantime, you should be able to correct the problem by editing the shipping carrier for the order. Please simply select the same shipping carrier and save the changes to the order. You should then be able to mark it as shipped. (We have already done this for you for your order 2005854092.) Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
