When I go to my customer contact management page I see customers listed with a "Last Purchase Date" and a number under "Items Purchased". On my order screen there is no mention of them placing an order and when I check my paypal account there is no record of it either. Why is this?

Hello,

These are likely buyers that began the process of purchasing an item, but abandoned the purchase before it was completed.

Is there any way to see what items they had added to their shopping cart?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to see this information, as they abandoned the checkout process before it could be recorded.
